I love basics. Basics, to my mind, are activities integral to running systems. Basics add magic to mundane and keep running the systems. They are the must-haves.
Then there are good-to-have. I love them all the more. They take must-haves a notch higher. They empower must-haves. They redefine must-haves.
And what a pride it is to be part of an organisation which strikes perfect equilibrium between the two. Today, this visual had my heart. Mining forerunners sitting with academia forerunners!
My company- Northern Coalfields Limited- achieved fiscal targets 5 days ahead of fiscal completion (FY 2018-19). And by the time fiscal ended, it had already surpassed all assigned targets. And gained 100 million tonne halo.
With that, while our must-haves keep the basics sorted, the organisation strives for greatness and innovation, not just to determine preference among existing options; but to create new ones. Ever new ones! #IamNCL#purvisays#morethancoal
